Job Summary Geisinger's Cancer Institute is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Hematology/Oncology Physician to join our team at the Geisinger Selinsgrove Cancer Clinic in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania. This is an exciting opportunity to practice in a community-based cancer clinic while benefiting from the full support, resources, and collaboration of a physician-led, nationally recognized integrated health system. Physician-led organization that prioritizes clinical excellence, innovation, and provider input Practice in a smaller, community-focused setting with strong patient relationships and continuity of care Access to the full power of Geisinger's integrated health system and Cancer Institute Fully integrated EPIC electronic health record with oncology pathways and system connectivity Culture rooted in collaboration, multidisciplinary care, and patient-centered outcomes Position Highlights Deliver high-quality hematology/oncology care in a community-based outpatient clinic Practice in a close-knit team environment, including on-site physician, advanced practitioner, and telemedicine support Manage a balanced outpatient panel (approx. 14-16 patients/day) with dedicated time for new and follow-up visits Ability to perform inpatient consults at a partner hospital, maintaining continuity across care settings Collaborate across the Geisinger Cancer Institute network, including access to: Medical oncology, radiation oncology, surgical oncology, and palliative care Multidisciplinary tumor boards and coordinated care planning Practice in a QOPI-certified and Commission on Cancer-accredited clinic dedicated to high-quality outcomes Compensation & Benefits Competitive, market-aligned compensation model Recruitment incentives, including sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and potential loan support Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, and malpractice with tail coverage Generous
