Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Medical Health Provider to deliver comprehensive patient care across diverse clinical settings. This vital role involves performing detailed patient assessments, administering treatments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal health outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in acute and chronic care, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and be committed to advancing healthcare quality through evidence-based practices. Duties Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and symptom evaluation. Administer injections, including botulinum toxin treatments, and perform minor procedures such as suturing using aseptic techniques. Manage acute pain and critical care situations, utilizing skills in airway management, ventilator support, and emergency response procedures. Document clinical encounters accurately in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with healthcare professionals across specialties—including hospital medicine, emergency medicine, ICU, neonatal care, and geriatrics—to develop personalized treatment plans. Interpret diagnostic tests like radiology reports, laboratory results, and coding data (ICD-10/ICD-9/CPT) to inform clinical decision-making. Participate in clinical research trials and data collection initiatives aimed at advancing medical knowledge and improving patient outcomes. Requirements Valid medical license with current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). Proven experience in hospital settings such as Level I or Level II trauma centers, emergency rooms, ICU units, or outpatient clinics. Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems including Epic, Cerner, or eClinicalWorks for documentation and data management. Demonstrated expertise in acute care procedures like ventilator management, catheterization, dialysis support, and infection control protocols. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology related to patient diagnosis and treatment. Experience with telehealth platforms for remote patient consultations is preferred. Ability to perform diagnostic evaluations involving physical examinations and interpret diagnostic tests accurately. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to educate patients on health coaching, medication administration, and discharge planning. Familiarity with CPT coding for billing purposes and adherence to Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) regulations for controlled substances.
