Psychiatrist Complete Mind Care of PA (CMC of PA) is a growing, patient-centered mental health practice serving individuals and families throughout Pennsylvania. Our multidisciplinary team includes Psychiatrists, PMHNPs, Psychotherapists, and Behavioral Health Technicians working together to provide individualized, comprehensive mental health care. We are currently seeking Psychiatrists to join our team at our Horsham and Villanova, PA locations . Why Join Complete Mind Care of PA? Position Highlights Full-time and part-time opportunities In-person and hybrid options available Flexible scheduling based on provider availability No weekend requirements No on-call responsibilities No coverage requirements Dedicated Coordinator to assist with scheduling, caseload management, and administrative support Multidisciplinary collaboration with Psychiatrists, PMHNPs, Psychotherapists, and Behavioral Health Technicians Clinical consultation and mentorship opportunities Opportunities to collaborate across traditional and innovative treatment modalities Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments Develop individualized treatment plans Provide medication management and ongoing psychiatric care Collaborate with other members of the clinical team to coordinate patient care Make appropriate referrals and coordinate with outside providers when needed Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
