Part-Time About Provive Wellness Provive Wellness is a comprehensive outpatient behavioral health program providing PHP, IOP, and OP services for adolescents and adults. We focus on treating the root causes of mental health and substance use disorders through evidence-based, trauma-informed, and individualized care. Position Overview We are seeking a Part-Time Adolescent Psychiatrist to support our growing adolescent program in Wayne, PA. This role focuses on psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure high-quality, coordinated care. Responsibilities Conduct psychiatric evaluations for adolescent clients Provide ongoing medication management and monitoring Collaborate with therapists, clinical supervisors, and treatment teams Participate in treatment planning and clinical case discussions Maintain timely and compliant documentation within the EMR Support a trauma-informed, family-inclusive treatment approach Qualifications MD or DO with board eligibility or certification in Psychiatry Fellowship training or significant experience in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry required Active Pennsylvania medical license (or ability to obtain) Experience in PHP/IOP or outpatient settings preferred Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills Schedule & Compensation Flexible part-time schedule Competitive compensation, commensurate with experience Why Provive Wellness Supportive, collaborative clinical culture Strong leadership and administrative support Opportunity to help shape and grow an adolescent program Focus on quality care over volume
