We are seeking an experienced Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join our clinical team in a long-term 1099 Independent Contractor role providing comprehensive primary care services at a Pennsylvania Commonwealth facility serving individuals with developmental disabilities in Wernersville, PA . This is not a temporary placement —we are seeking a physician who wants to build a lasting professional relationship with QPCS while making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve. Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities are available. This position is 100% onsite and includes onsite on-call responsibilities , compensated at your regular contracted hourly rate. Minimum Qualifications (Required) To be considered, applicants must possess: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an approved medical school. Completion of an accredited U.S. residency in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Osteopathic General Practice. Minimum of three (3) years of post-residency experience with a substantial emphasis in Primary Care. Current, unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License. Current DEA Registration. Documentation of 50 hours of AMA or AOA-approved Continuing Medical Education (CME) completed within the previous 12 months. Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), computerized provider order entry, and Microsoft Office.
