Job Description

Join a physician-led, travel-based OB/GYN program headquartered in West Chester, PA that blends locum-style compensation and flexibility with the stability and benefits of full-time employment. In this role you will provide high-quality obstetric and gynecologic care for unassigned patients, respond to OB/GYN emergencies, and ensure continuity of care across assigned hospitals in Pennsylvania. Position highlights:
Travel-based OB/GYN coverage within Pennsylvania 7-9 24-hour shifts per month at assigned hospitals Approximately 21 days off per month and flexible scheduling with advance notice Compensation competitive with locum rates; travel expenses fully covered Physician-led model with a national network of OB/GYN colleagues and peer support Compensation & benefits: Annual salary: $300,000-$340,000, with potential performance-based bonuses Full medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage 401(k) with employer match CME allowance and professional development support Medical malpractice insurance with unlimited tail coverage Travel expenses covered Leadership training, advancement opportunities, and generous physician referral awards Private peer-to-peer counseling resources
Requirements:
MD or DO from an accredited medical school Completion of an ACGME-accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology residency Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology Active Pennsylvania medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure Current DEA registration This role provides clinical variety, schedule flexibility, competitive compensation, and the professional support of a nationwide OB/GYN network.
