Ideal Work Environment:

Medical supervision model with a 1:4 physician-to-CRNA ratio, allowing you to focus on oversight rather than personally running your own rooms

Culture & Support:

Collaborative anesthesia team with three physician anesthesiologists on-site daily, flexing to four as needed

Desirable Case Mix:

Balanced bread-and-butter anesthesiology including General, Orthopedic, GI, Neurology, ENT, Urology, and Robotics cases

Additional Practice Advantage:

No OB responsibilities and minimal pediatric volume

Compensation & Benefits Competitive Compensation:

Choose W2 at $500,000 annually or 1099 at $540,000 with a 39-week annual commitment
