Job Description

Outpatient Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist Opportunity A physician-led, community-focused outpatient psychiatry group serving diverse and underserved populations is looking for a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist in Orange or Long Beach. Work alongside Psychiatrists, NPs, PAs, and Therapists in a collaborative, integrated care environment designed to support both patients and providers. Why Psychiatrists Choose This Practice $360,000-$541,000 total target compensation Hybrid schedule - up to 2 days remote Monday-Friday | No call | No weekends W-2 employment Physician-led, outpatient-only practice Collaborative multidisciplinary team Opportunities in TMS, Spravato, interventional psychiatry, clinical research, and IOP/OP services Established organization with 25+ years of experience and 10 clinic locations What You'll Do Provide Child & Adolescent psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and medication management Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with patients, families, and care teams Provide in-person and telehealth care Serve as a clinical leader within the office Supervise and collaborate with NPs and PAs Partner with therapists, community agencies, and treatment centers Participate in crisis intervention as needed Opportunities to participate in research, value-based care, and interventional psychiatry Qualifications Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist Active California medical license, NPI, and DEA 2+ years of independent psychiatric experience preferred Supervision experience preferred Knowledge of trauma-informed care, recovery principles, and integrated psychiatric care Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to serving diverse and underserved populations Why You'll Love It Here Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid outpatient practice, strong clinical support, excellent compensation, and meaningful opportunities to grow your practice.
