Job Description
No call. No weekends. Monday-Friday. Two days onsite in Rockwall, three days telehealth from home. Requires 2+ years of outpatient PMHNP experience — we are not hiring new graduates. MindDemand is an outpatient psychiatry practice in Rockwall, TX, rated 4.9★ across hundreds of Google reviews. We're hiring one board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join a team of five. The role Outpatient medication management depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar, insomnia Initial psychiatric evaluations and ongoing follow-up, in office and by telehealth Risk assessment and safety planning Prescribing within Texas regulations and practice policy, including controlled substances What we handle so you don't Scheduling, insurance verification, prior authorizations, billing, and records are handled by dedicated support staff. You see patients and you chart. Requirements 2+ years practicing as a licensed PMHNP in an outpatient setting. New graduates will not be considered for this role.
