This position offers flexibility and may be structured as part-time or full-time depending on the candidate and practice growth. The role is hybrid, with a combination of in-person clinic days and virtual care, allowing for some remote work from home while maintaining continuity and accessibility for patients.

The ideal physician is:

Passionate about primary care Interested in prevention and lifestyle medicine Comfortable managing a broad range of outpatient conditions Excellent at building patient relationships Interested in being part of a growing and evolving practice Interested in delivering highly personalized care An interest in women's health, perimenopause, menopause, and evidence-based hormone replacement therapy is a plus Prior Direct Primary Care experience is not required. Qualifications MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Med-Peds Active California medical license (or ability to obtain) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to patient-centered care Compensation Compensation is structured to align with the Direct Primary Care model and is designed to grow alongside the physician's patient panel. The position includes base compensation combined with panel-based compensation, providing increasing earning potential as the physician's panel grows over time. This structure is intended to pair the flexibility and lifestyle benefits of a smaller, relationship-centered practice with the opportunity to build meaningful long-term earning potential.
