Job description: Oakland Medical is seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. We are a solo family practice in Deer Park, NY, offering a comfortable, organized and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with in person and virtual visits
• Collaborate with supervising physicians
• Provide primary healthcare services to patients ages 12+
• Conduct physical exams and patient assessments
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention

Experience:

• Mandatory at least one year experience managing your own patient panel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Active NY state license
• Masters Diploma from certified Physician assistant program
• NCCPA certified
• Preferred multilingual i.e. urdu, hindi, spanish.
• Compensation options include 1099 or W2 with starting ranging from $70
• 80/hour based on experience or $130k
