Position Summary Inclusive Health is seeking a licensed clinical provider — Nurse Practitioner (ARNP), Physician Assistant (PA-C), or Physician (MD/DO) — to join our clinical team. This provider will deliver comprehensive, affirming primary and specialty care — including family medicine, gender-affirming care, HIV care, and reproductive health services — to a diverse patient population across Washington State, via both in-person and telehealth visits. Physicians in this role may also provide clinical oversight and mentorship to advanced practice providers. This role is well suited to a clinician who is passionate about health equity and building trust with LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and other historically underserved communities. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and mental health support, for patients across the lifespan Deliver gender-affirming care, including hormone therapy management, informed consent counseling, and referrals for gender-affirming surgery Manage HIV care including PrEP/PEP prescribing, antiretroviral therapy, and routine monitoring, in coordination with support services Provide reproductive health services, including contraception counseling and management, pregnancy care, and abortion care (excluding deliveries and C-sections) Conduct patient visits both in person at our Lynnwood office and via virtual/telehealth appointments For MD/DO applicants: provide clinical oversight, consultation, and mentorship to Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants as needed Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record (Elation EMR) Collaborate with administrative and clinical staff to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care Stay current on evidence-based guidelines for gender-affirming, HIV, and reproductive care Required Qualifications Candidates must meet the requirements for one of the following credential tracks: Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant Track Active, unrestricted license as a Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) in Washington State (or eligible for licensure) National board certification in relevant specialty (e.g., FNP, AGNP, or PA-C) Current DEA registration, or eligibility to obtain one Physician (MD/DO) Track M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school Active, unrestricted Washington State medical license (or eligible for licensure) Board certification (or board eligibility) in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related primary care specialty Completion of an accredited residency program Current DEA registration, or eligibility to obtain one All Candidates Experience providing primary care; experience with gender-affirming, HIV, or reproductive health care preferred Demonstrated commitment to LGBTQIA+ affirming and culturally responsive care Comfort and confidence delivering care via telehealth Preferred Qualifications Direct clinical experience in gender-affirming hormone therapy management Experience with HIV PrEP/PEP and antiretroviral therapy management Experience with family planning, contraception, and early pregnancy/abortion care For MD/DO applicants: experience supervising or collaborating with Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants Bilingual or multilingual Familiarity with FQHC / HRSA or community health center settings Experience with Elation EMR or comparable systems Compensation & Benefits Compensation & Earnings Potential We offer a performance-oriented compensation structure based on practice revenue, empowering providers with direct control over their earning power.
