Job Description

Southern Missouri Nocturnist needed. An Independent, not-for-profit, 72-bed short-term acute care hospital (new in April 2026) is seeking a BE/BE Internal Medicine Physician to join their growing Hospitalist team. The position is mostly days/swing but occasional nights may be required. This rural, tight-knit community features a low cost of living, genuine community, and easy access to plenty of outdoor recreation, and is located just 30 minutes from a metro of almost 500K. Salary up to $390,000. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance. Comprehensive benefits package. PSLF eligible. Open ICU model. In person intensivist back-up PLUS remote intensivists available. Advanced Practice Provider support throughout.
