Licensed Therapist - Independent Contractor Hudson, WI | In-Person, Telehealth, or Hybrid | Flexible Schedule Build the practice you want—without having to build it alone. Collaborative Counseling is looking for an independently licensed therapist (LPC/LPCC, LMFT, LCSW/LICSW, or LP) to join our established outpatient group practice in Hudson, Wisconsin. We're looking for a clinician who values autonomy but also appreciates being part of a supportive, collaborative team. You'll have the flexibility of private practice without having to manage all of the administrative work that comes with running one yourself.

As an independent contractor with Collaborative Counseling, you'll receive: A strong and consistent volume of new client referrals Competitive contractor compensation Established billing and collections support Assistance with insurance credentialing Administrative support for scheduling and client needs Marketing and referral support Flexible scheduling—you determine when you work The option to provide therapy in person, via telehealth, or a combination of both A beautifully furnished private office in our Hudson location if you choose to work in person Opportunities for consultation and collaboration with other experienced clinicians The independence of private practice with the support of an established group What We're Looking For We are currently seeking clinicians who enjoy working with individuals, couples, children, adolescents, adults, and/or families in an outpatient setting. Our greatest need is for clinicians interested in building a caseload of approximately 20 or more client sessions per week , although we are also open to smaller caseloads for the right person. Finding clinicians who are a strong fit for our practice and team is more important to us than hitting a particular number. Evening and weekend availability can be helpful because of client demand, but it is not required. Qualifications For this opening, candidates must: Hold an independent clinical license in Wisconsin or be eligible to obtain one Be ethical, dependable, organized, and self-motivated Be comfortable practicing with the independence that comes with an independent contractor role Value evidence-based, high-quality clinical care Communicate professionally and collaborate well with clients, colleagues, and administrative staff Previous private practice or independent contractor experience is preferred but not required. Existing insurance credentialing is also helpful, although our team can assist with the credentialing process.
