- Physicians have opportunities to engage in population health initiatives and contribute to community wellness efforts. Overview We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible OB/GYN to provide high-quality care in one of three flexible practice models:
Hospitalist:
Focused on inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care, including emergency response, deliveries, and surgical interventions.Clinic-Based:
Outpatient OB/GYN services with a focus on preventive care, routine checkups, and long-term patient relationships.

Hybrid Role:
A combination of both hospital and clinic-based responsibilities. Responsibilities (Varies Based on Role Chosen)
For Hospitalists:
- Provide in-house coverage for unassigned or emergent obstetric patients, including evaluation, treatment, admission, and ongoing inpatient management.
- Respond to OB and GYN emergency cases, including walk-in patients, triage calls, and consults within the Emergency Department and throughout the hospital.
- Perform surgical interventions as needed for unassigned gynecologic emergencies and provide surgical assistance to attending OB/GYNs upon request.
For Clinic-Based Physicians:
- Provide comprehensive outpatient obstetric and gynecologic care, including prenatal care, routine exams, and family planning services.
- Manage gynecologic conditions in an office-based setting with access to in-office procedures and diagnostics.
- Develop long-term patient relationships and coordinate care within a multidisciplinary team.
For Hybrid Physicians:
- Balance inpatient and outpatient responsibilities to ensure continuity of care across both settings.
- Split time between labor and delivery coverage, surgical cases, and outpatient clinic visits based on preferences and organizational needs. Credentials

- Eligible for Delaware medical licensure.
