Allina Health is seeking an outpatient psychiatrist to join our team at Hastings Clinic. In this role, you'll practice at the forefront of behavioral health integration, delivering psychiatric expertise embedded within a primary care clinic setting. You'll collaborate directly with medical providers and behavioral health clinicians to improve patient access and outcomes.Key Position Details:
As a psychiatrist at Allina Health, you will support a growing collaborative care model by providing psychiatric consultation, direct patient evaluation, and treatment within the outpatient clinic setting. You will work closely with primary care providers, psychologists, therapists, and care managers to identify mental health conditions early, guide treatment plans, and reduce barriers to care. Provide adult psychiatric assessment, treatment planning, medication management, and ongoing follow-up in a primary care clinic setting Support early identification and management of depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other common psychiatric conditions Participate in the development of care pathways and quality improvement projects in integrated behavioral health This position will see adults but could also see the lifespan Job Requirements Doctor of Medicine, Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine or foreign equivalent from an approved school of medicine required and Completion of an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) accredited Residency training program in Psychiatry or foreign equivalency training required Licensed Physician- MN Board of Medical Practice required upon hire and

Tier 3- Multisource required upon hire and Licensed Physician

Pay Range Pay Range:
$340,025 to $351,000 per year The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
