Job Description
St. Mary High Desert Medical Group is seeking a full-time Pediatrician to join a collaborative and dedicated team in Victorville, California. This position offers a high degree of autonomy and the opportunity to care for patients from newborn through 18 years of age in an outpatient-only setting. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, compassionate, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
Position Details:
Full-time position (36 patient-facing hours per week) Outpatient practice only Care for newborns through age 18 No hospital call No newborn call Hybrid schedule available once established in the role: Three days onsite, One remote clinical day, One dedicated administrative dayCompensation & Benefits:
Compensation ranges from $258,275 to $326,336 annually Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available Comprehensive benefits package CME allowance and professional development support The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity incentives, quality and performance bonuses, hospital or emergency department call stipends, additional shift incentives, and other applicable forms of cash compensation. Compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, and other factors permitted by law.Qualifications:
