Job Description

- primary care, pulmonary medicine, and sleep health
- into one seamless, patient-centered experience. We're looking for a
- compassionate and driven Primary Care Physician
- to join our growing team and make a real impact in patients' lives What You'll Do
- Deliver comprehensive primary care to patients across all age groups
- Diagnose and manage acute & chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, respiratory conditions)
- Collaborate with pulmonologists and multidisciplinary teams for holistic care
- Promote preventive health and patient education
- Utilize EMR systems to maintain accurate clinical documentation What We're Looking For
- MD or DO (Family Medicine / Internal Medicine)
- Board Certified / Board Eligible
- Active (or eligible) Texas Medical License
- Strong clinical judgment & patient-first mindset
