Depending on experience and interest, the physician may have opportunities to participate in: 1. Clinical mentorship of psychiatric providers 2. Recruitment and onboarding of physicians 3. Development of psychiatric clinical standards and evidence-based practices 4. Quality improvement and patient care initiatives 5. Psychiatric program development and expansion 6. Clinical responsibilities may include:

Administrative support includes:

Qualifications Required:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
• Active Wisconsin medical license or eligibility for Wisconsin licensure
• Active DEA registration or eligibility
• Strong commitment to ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based psychiatric care

Preferred:

• Interest in physician leadership
• Interest in mentoring other psychiatric providers
• Experience with clinical program development
