We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrist who values clinical autonomy, low overhead, and a healthy work-life balance. Our team provides the infrastructure and manages office operations so you can focus on patient care. Your Schedule and Your Work Life Balance Choose your own workdays and clinical hours, with no office-imposed five-day workweek or interference in the schedule you establish. Part-time and full-time schedules are welcome. This hybrid position includes one to two days per week on-site, with remote visits available on other scheduled days. Our office coordinates appointments around your chosen availability. No weekends, no after-hours calls, and no on-call responsibilities. Your Earnings with Low Overhead Retain your clinical collections, less a low flat facility fee and a small overhead percentage. Our goal is to cover the cost of the facility, staffing, and infrastructure—not to generate a profit from your work. All fees and terms will be clearly outlined before you join. Comprehensive Office Support We provide office space, staffing, insurance credentialing, billing, collections, scheduling, electronic prescribing, and a user-friendly electronic medical record. Our team manages routine administrative work, patient communications, and refill coordination, with physician review and authorization as clinically required. Quick Documentation with an AI Scribe Our EMR includes an AI scribe that drafts your notes, helping you spend more time with patients and less time documenting. The workflow is designed for review and finalization in approximately five minutes or less per note, depending on visit complexity. Your clinical responsibilities include evaluations, medication management, treatment planning, and reviewing and signing your notes. Qualifications MD or DO with completion of an accredited psychiatry residency; board-certified or board-eligible in psychiatry; active, unrestricted California medical license and appropriate DEA registration; and a commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care. Independent Contractor Arrangement This is a 1099 position with no employer-paid benefits. Optional health insurance participation may be available, subject to plan eligibility, with the psychiatrist paying the full cost.
