$330,000•$360,000 per year Job Details•We are seeking a Psychiatrist Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and oversight within a collaborative behavioral health practice. This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring providers deliver comprehensive, high-quality psychiatric care while supporting continued clinical excellence across the organization. The ideal candidate is either board eligible or board certified in Psychiatry and is interested in building a long-term career within a growing practice. Recent residency graduates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and consultation to Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. Ensure providers are delivering comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, and ongoing patient care. Collaborate with providers regarding clinical decision-making, treatment strategies, patient outcomes, and complex cases. Review clinical documentation and support compliance with regulatory, credentialing, and quality standards. Promote evidence-based practices and consistency in patient care across the provider team. Partner with operational and clinical leadership to support program growth, provider development, and quality initiatives. Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and coordination efforts. Maintain an active patient panel while balancing supervisory responsibilities.
Requirements:
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Completion of an accredited U.S. Psychiatry residency program. Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry. Active Texas medical license or ability to obtain licensure prior to employment start date. Strong understanding of psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and medication management. Interest in leadership, mentorship, and provider development. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a hybrid environment with in-office presence as required.

$330,000•$360,000 base salary + productivity bonus
Location:
Nederland, TX•Hybrid (Houston candidates also encouraged to apply)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM•5:00 PM (flexibility for four 10-hour days)
