Job Description
Cranberry Psychological Center, Inc at Seven Fields is seeking a fully Licensed Outpatient Psychotherapist (Ph.D, Psy.
D, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) to join our well-established, client and clinician-focused private practice in our Cranberry Township location. Whether you are looking for a change to another place of employment or are wanting to work in private practice for the first time this position will be a great fit to utilize your gifts. It is an ideal fit for someone who is looking for autonomy with support and collaboration with a great staff of professionals working in a joyful environment. Evening and/or weekend hours are a must though day time hours can be added at your choosing. The right fit for this job can work in person and/or hybrid. Our clientele are highly motivated adults, couples, families, adolescents, and children. We have many therapists and a psychiatrists for collaborative care. There are also receptionists on-site M-F. All billing and credentialing is handled by our staff. In addition, we offer tremendous room for professional growth while also providing free continuing education accredited training for clinical staff. Compensation is determined based on a percentage (which will be discussed during first interview) of money received for your services and can range from 80k to 150k as a full-time psychotherapist. Paychecks are given two times per month. There is no need to obtain your own referrals, as we have a steady stream of new clients.
