Responsibilities include:
Providing high-quality virtual patient assessments, medical history reviews, and treatments. Delivering compassionate, patient-centered care and building therapeutic relationships. Ordering and interpreting lab tests to inform treatment decisions. Prescribing medications, including buprenorphine for opioid addiction, while adhering to regulations. Collaborating with healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure comprehensive care. Maintaining accurate medical documentation and staying current with medical advancements.
Qualifications and skills required:
Active medical license in at least three, preferably five, U.S. states; willingness to obtain additional licenses. Experience in telehealth or high-volume clinical settings. Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week, with flexible scheduling. Strong communication skills and proficiency with telemedicine platforms and EMRs. At least one DEA certification and applicable CSL if required.
