Thousand Oaks Radiology, independent group in SoCal needs full/part time partners

Well established, 27 person outpatient radiology group covering multiple imaging centers throughout Ventura County, CA is seeking one, or two additional board certified radiologists, all modalities and specialties. Rolling Oaks Radiology is the largest outpatient radiology group in coastal Ventura County, CA. Composed of 14 partner radiologists, our group is 100% outpatient, with no night or weekend call responsibilities. We cover 15 imaging centers from Ventura to Thousand Oaks. Our group is an independent, physician owned professional corporation, offering attractive full or part time partnership tracks. We focus on physician quality of life and maintaining a favorable work-life balance. We are hiring due to intrinsic growth that includes the recent acquisition of four imaging centers and two additional centers that are under construction. We are currently in need of both general radiologists and radiologists with fellowship training in all modalities and specialties. Our group is a mix of full and part time partners and employees. Partners work a four day work week and take eight structured weeks of vacation, as well as six recognized holidays. Partners work a hybrid schedule with a mix of on-site and remote days, while some employees are 100% remote. Partners receive an equal base salary for a four day work week, with nearly endless opportunities for per case or full shift internal locums conducted remotely. This additional locums work can significantly increase a partner's salary, in some cases as much as $300K. We are a sub-specialized group, with our physicians focusing in their respective areas of training. Our recognized programs of excellence include MSK, Oncology/Body Imaging/PET, Women's Imaging, Cardiac, and Prostate. We have one of the busiest Prostate MRI and

programs in the country, interpreting more than 1200 MRI exams per month. Our sites enjoy new, state of the art equipment, including multiple 3T MRI's with artificial intelligence image reconstruction and Ai screening of Prostate and Mammography exams. The Thousand Oaks area is consistently rated one of the top places to live in California, and has some of the best public schools in the country, both in academic and sport programs. With a population of over 250,000 and being close to Los Angeles, we have access to all of the benefits of the southern California lifestyle, but also enjoy Ventura County's clean air, low traffic, and more affordable housing. Coastal living options include Ventura, Oxnard, or Malibu.
