- We are seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a compassionate, close-knit team in Scituate, Rhode Island.
- The practice is designed to allow physicians to focus on patient care, with 30-minute appointment slots, a reduced patient panel size, and an expected patient volume of approximately 14 patients per day.
- The physician will provide primary care to a diverse patient population, establish long-term relationships with patients and families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- This is a long-term opportunity within a supportive, family-like practice environment with minimal bureaucracy and a strong focus on the patient-provider relationship.
- Responsibilities
- Provide primary care services to a diverse patient population.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with patients and families.
- Provide patient-centered medical care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Coordinate patient care as needed.

- No minimum number of years of experience required. Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $230,000-$260,000 per year
- Additional compensation for on-call coverage
- Additional compensation/add-on for CME
