Job Description
Seeking Board Certified Geriatricians, Internists, and Family Practitioners to provide comprehensive on-site medical care in post-acute, rehabilitation, long-term care, and assisted living settings. Deliver face-to-face primary care services across diverse facilities. Participate in monthly educational sessions and clinical outcomes reviews. Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. Benefits include a competitive salary up to $300,000, incentive pay, professional liability coverage, PTO, CME, and health, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans.
Qualifications:
Current state medical license, D.E.A. certification, and Board Eligibility or Certification. Full-time and part-time positions available, with in-person work expected.Benefits
