This position presents a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on the health and well-being of individuals and families within the community. The ideal candidate will embrace a holistic, patient-centered approach and be committed to advancing high-quality, accessible care. The physician will be instrumental in shaping a primary care program that emphasizes preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and health education, while fostering strong patient relationships and community trust. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages. Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions following current evidence-based guidelines. Promote preventive health practices and educate patients on disease prevention and wellness. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care. Participate in the ongoing development and enhancement of primary care programs and initiatives. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record system. Requirements:

Graduate from an accredited Medical School. Completion of an accredited Family Medicine Residency Program. Active South Carolina medical license (or eligibility to obtain). Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (Pediatrics optional).
