Job Description
Join a warm, community-focused primary care team in Greenwood, South Carolina, where your skills and compassion will directly improve the health of individuals and families. We're looking for a Family Medicine physician who practices whole-person, patient-centered care and is excited to build trusting relationships while helping shape a growing primary care program. What you'll do Deliver comprehensive outpatient care to patients across the lifespan, managing both acute and chronic conditions. Use evidence-based guidelines to diagnose, treat, and follow up on medical issues. Emphasize prevention and wellness through patient education and health promotion. Work closely with nurses, specialists, and other care team members to coordinate high-quality care. Contribute to the development and improvement of primary care services and community health initiatives. Keep clear, timely documentation in the electronic health record. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (pediatrics experience a plus). Active South Carolina medical license, or eligibility to obtain one.
