Local Team Collaboration:

Work with a friendly, cohesive team of 16 physicians and 9 APPs at Aiken Regional Medical Center and in the ER at Sweetwater. Join a diverse team with a broad spectrum of expertise and experience. Engage in hospital committees, including credentials, medical executive, sepsis, peer review, and citizenship committees, to contribute meaningfully to the organization's success. Accountable, on-site leadership: a local medical director who knows the community and owns the department's performance, supported by Sound's leadership-development tools. Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide coverage for Aiken Regional Medical Center's 30-bed emergency department and the newly built 10-bed free-standing emergency department at Sweetwater in North Augusta, South Carolina. Manage all aspects of community emergency medicine, collaborating closely with colleagues and consultants.
