Traditional Pediatrics (Inpatient & Outpatient)

South Dakota Position Highlights:

Work-Life Balance:

4.5-day workweek, typical hours 8:30-4:30 M-Th and 8:30-Noon on Fridays (clinics close at noon Fridays)

Desirable Practice Setting:

Join a growing Pediatrics team, anticipated to grow to 3 Pediatricians total; be part of the interview and selection process for future hires

Caseload:

Mostly outpatient, with 15-20 outpatient patients per day and 1-2 inpatient patients per day

State-of-the-art ORs, full-service lab and imaging, 24/7 ED, and a system-wide

EPIC EMR

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Pay:

$250,000 for the first 3 years, +

Production Incentive:

Annual Retention Bonus Professional Development:

$5,000 annual CME allowance (up to $1,000 may carry over per year)
