We are seeking a Physician Assistant to join our growing, physician-directed team. This role is ideal for a clinician who values independence with strong physician support , enjoys clinical problem-solving, and wants to make a meaningful impact caring for medically complex patients in behavioral health settings. What You'll Do Provide comprehensive medical care for adults with acute and chronic medical conditions in behavioral health facilities Perform focused and comprehensive physical examinations Assess, diagnose, and develop evidence-based treatment plans Order, interpret, and act on laboratory and diagnostic imaging results Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with state and federal regulations Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and behavioral health teams to ensure safe, coordinated care. Maintain clear, timely, and accurate medical documentation What We're Looking For Licensed Physician Assistant Experience in family medicine, internal medicine, hospital medicine, or emergency medicine strongly preferred Comfort managing medical issues in a behavioral health or inpatient setting is a plus Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work independently Commitment to patient safety, professionalism, and teamwork
