Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients seeking medical attention, providing comprehensive health assessments, diagnosing illnesses, and developing personalized treatment plans. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Conduct thorough medical history reviews and physical examinations to assess patient health status. Diagnose acute and chronic conditions utilizing clinical judgment, medical imaging, and laboratory results. Develop and implement individualized care plans, including preventive strategies and treatment protocols. Manage patient follow-ups, monitor progress, and adjust treatments as necessary to optimize health outcomes. Collaborate effectively with specialists such as cardiologists, endocrinologists, dermatologists, and other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care. Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems like E-Clinicial or EMR/EHR platforms to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently. Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, medication usage, and lifestyle modifications to promote wellness. Experience Medical degree from an accredited institution with active licensure as a Physician. Post-residency experience in primary care or family medicine demonstrating strong clinical skills across various medical disciplines. Proven ability to perform comprehensive physical examinations and interpret diagnostic tests including laboratory results and medical imaging. Familiarity with EHR systems such as Epic or other EMR platforms for seamless documentation and patient management. Experience working in outpatient settings with diverse patient populations is highly preferred. Knowledge of healthcare diagnosis procedures, immunizations, chronic disease management, and preventive care strategies. Prior experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced healthcare environments enhances your ability to deliver top-tier patient service. $100,417.41 - $180,717.74 per year
