DAY SHIFT HOSPITALIST - ADVANCED PRACTICE PROVIDER
(ACNP or PA) Hurst • Euless • Bedford, Texas Texas Health Physicians Group is seeking a full-time Hospitalist Advanced Practice Provider (Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our team at Texas Health HEB. This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with a strong hospitalist group providing high-quality inpatient care.
Position Details:
Assist hospitalists with inpatient evaluations, H&Ps, and follow-up visits Initiate appropriate testing and treatment for medical conditions Perform history and physical examinations for new admissions Round on rehabilitation and long-term acute care patients Document patient care in the EMR system Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Schedule:
Day shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM 7 days on / 7 days off
Qualifications:
Texas licensed Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant ACLS certification (required) Minimum of 2 years of experience as an NP, PA, or RN in
ICU/CVICU
Strong skills in: Critical thinking Communication Time management Clinical judgment and decision-making Active listening and reading comprehension This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in a supportive, team-based inpatient environment.
