Base Salary & RVU:
Range $275,000- $325,000.
RVU Bonus:
RVUs greater than 988 per quarter paid at $34.87 per RVU.Physician Professional Dues and Fees:
(subject to approval) Texas Medical or Osteopathic Association dues; Texas medical license fees, DEA registration costs, and Texas DPS Controlled Substance registration fees; and specialty board, AMA or sub-specialty association dues.
Paid Time Off:
20 weekdays per year of time off work; carryover of days is not allowed. Any time off must be coordinated with management. The following holidays are not counted against Physicians maximum number of days off:New Years DayLabor DayEasterThanksgivingMemorial DayChristmasIndependence Day
CME Reimbursement:
$3,000 per contract year for IRS- allowed CME expenses, five (five) working weekdays per year (separate from PTO), subject to approval. Carryover of days or expenses is not allowed. Time and expenses for specialty certification, specialty recertification, books and periodicals shall be charged against CME allowances.

On-call will be split equally with second OB/GYN on staff. No extra pay.- Appointed and Medical Staff Committees, Quality, & Performance Improvement Involved

- Where are high risk transferred/How far? Amarillo, 45 miles
- Is there is Anesthesia coverage 24/7, and who administrates it? Yes, CRNAs (one covers M-F, 7a-3p & a second provider covers nights & weekends).
- What EMR system is used? NextGen/PM
- Do you require any specialty certifications (ie.
ACLS, BLS, NRP
)? Yes, NRP- Do you require any specifics for hospital privileges (X amount of procedures)?
