09/17/2026 Job Description Job Description Seeking skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioners and/or Physician Assistants to join established private nephrology practices in Rio Grande Valley (Brownsville), Texas . In this role, you will collaborate closely with nephrologists and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities may include outpatient clinic visits, dialysis rounding, and inpatient consultations. The practice is also open to part-time schedule as well.Requirements include:
Current license to practice as an Advanced Practitioner in Texas Ideal candidates will have a firm understanding of the protocols, policies and operations of a physician practice 2 years clinical work experience, nephrology experience a strong plus (may be required for some opportunities) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Skills Experience with dialysis patients Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus New Graduates and experienced NP/PAs looking to transition into Nephrology are encouraged to applyCompensation & Benefits Base Salary:
