We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician who wants to establish roots, grow with a practice, and build a lasting career. The Practice You will join a highly supported outpatient model: 20-25 patients per day 1-2 Medical Assistants per provider Referral coordinator + care coordinator Prior authorization support Opportunities to incorporate additional services: Allergy testing & immunotherapy Hormone therapy Joint injections Chronic Care Management / RPM Schedule & Work-Life Balance No weekends No hospital work Outpatient-only Call schedule: Approximately 1 week every 8 weeks Light call burden (~5 calls per week on average) Flexible scheduling options: 5-day schedule 4-day work week option with adjusted compensation structure Location & Lifestyle Quiet, affordable living in Cleveland, TX ~45 minutes from Houston Close to Conroe, New Caney, The Woodlands, Kingwood, and North Houston Providers often commute from suburban areas while enjoying a lower-stress work environment.
