As a First Primary Care physician, you'll have the opportunity to create exceptional patient experiences while delivering high-quality, relationship-driven care. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care through an innovative direct primary care model, free from traditional billing and administrative burdens. Communicate directly with your patients by phone, text, and email. Manage a smaller patient panel, allowing for deeper engagement, proactive care, and better outcomes. Diagnose and treat chronic conditions early, with a focus on prevention and long-term health optimization. Guide patients toward sustainable lifestyle improvements, including nutrition, exercise, stress management, and sleep. Perform and expand your scope of in-office procedures with the time and support to do so. Collaborate with a team of forward-thinking clinicians dedicated to continuous improvement and clinical excellence.

Requirements:

MD or DO (Family Medicine or Med-Peds preferred). Passionate about building meaningful patient relationships. Skilled in handling sensitive matters with integrity and confidentiality. Strong communicator, clear, thoughtful, and personable. Accountable and follow-through-driven. Growth-minded and open to feedback. Ready to leave unnecessary paperwork behind and reclaim your time.
