This is a turnkey opportunity with steady volume and strong clinical support in a community setting. Practice Overview You'll join an established team of OB/GYNs and NPs Clinic support includes a minimum 1:1 LVN ratio; clinical support staff have at least 5+ years of tenure (low turnover) In-house lab and ultrasound; EMR is eClinicalWorks in clinic and

in the hospital Women's services include 10 LDRP rooms, 2 dedicated OB ORs, Level I Nursery, and 24/7 in-house CRNA coverage Schedule Clinic runs Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (hospital rounds 8:00-9:00 AM; first clinic patients at 9:00 AM; last appointment at 4:15 PM) Target clinic volume: 18-20 patients/day; appointments are 30 minutes new and 15 minutes follow-up Call is 7 days per month During call rotation, expect ~3-4 calls per week (weekends included); facility averages 20-30 deliveries/month During the week most physicians cover their own patient deliveries Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary with additional call pay Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance Comprehensive benefits including 401(k), paid malpractice, generous paid time off, CME allowance, and professional dues support Candidate Requirements Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN Comfort practicing in a community setting with Level I Nursery / Level I Maternal designation Ability to meet a 30-minute call radius requirement Comfort caring for Spanish-speaking patient population desired Community & Location Highlights Located in Decatur, Texas-about 45 miles northwest of Fort Worth with access to the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex Small-town feel with a historic downtown square Top-rated schools Convenient access to metro amenities while living outside the city Reach out today to learn more about this opportunity and how it aligns with your career goals.
