We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Neurologist with a subspecialty focus or strong interest in Multiple Sclerosis to join our growing team of providers across the DFW area. This role is well suited either to a fellowship-trained MS/neuroimmunology specialist or to a general neurologist who has developed a genuine interest in MS management and wants to grow that focus within a supportive practice. You will join an established, high-volume infusion program already treating a substantial MS population on the full range of current disease-modifying therapies, supported by a dedicated prior-authorization team and a growing referral base. We welcome candidates in training as well as experienced physicians, including those re-entering practice after a career break.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As an MS-focused neurologist with TIND, you will:
- Manage a clinical panel of patients with Multiple Sclerosis and related demyelinating disorders, alongside a general neurology caseload as desired
- Select, initiate, and manage disease-modifying therapies (DMTs), including oversight of our in-house infusion program for infused and injectable MS therapies
- Monitor disease activity and treatment response through clinical assessment and MRI surveillance, adjusting therapy as clinically indicated
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic studies (MRI, EEG, laboratory testing) to support diagnosis and treatment planning
- Manage acute relapses and coordinate care for MS-related symptoms, including referrals to physical therapy, urology, psychiatry, and other specialists as needed
- Counsel patients and families on diagnosis, treatment options, and long-term disease management
- Refer patients to TIND subspecialists (Movement Disorders, Neuromuscular, Epilepsy, Pediatrics) or outside services as clinically appropriate
- Document all patient encounters accurately and in a timely manner within the electronic health record
- Collaborate with front office, infusion, and clinical staff to support efficient clinic flow and DMT scheduling
- Participate in practice-wide quality initiatives and process improvement efforts, including growth of the MS and infusion service line
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Successful completion of an accredited Neurology Residency Program in the U.S.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
- Active, unrestricted Texas medical license and DEA registration, or ability to obtain prior to start
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic reasoning skills
- Genuine interest in Multiple Sclerosis and demyelinating disease management, whether through fellowship training or developed clinical interest
- Excellent patient communication and care coordination skills Preferred
- Fellowship training in Multiple Sclerosis/Neuroimmunology is a strong plus, but not required, general neurologists with demonstrated MS interest are encouraged to apply
- Experience with disease-modifying therapy selection and management
- Open to new graduates and candidates currently in training, as well as experienced physicians, including those re-entering practice after a career break
- Comfort with or interest in learning eClinicalWorks and neurodiagnostic systems; prior system experience is a plus, and full training is provided
