Provide comprehensive primary care for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions Perform preventive health screenings and wellness visits Develop and implement individualized care plans Conduct pediatric visits, including immunizations and assessments Educate patients and families about health maintenance and disease prevention Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and specialists Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR Support quality improvement initiatives Deliver culturally competent, patient-centered care to an underserved communityWhat You Need:
Active Texas Medical License (or eligibility to obtain) Board Certification in Family Medicine Minimum of 2 years outpatient primary care experience Excellent diagnostic, communication, and organizational skills Commitment to serving underserved populations and providing high-quality carePreferred:
Experience with chronic disease management and preventive care Ability to build trusting relationships with diverse patient populations About theAssignment:
