Job Description

About us Specialty Care Clinic in DFW, TX is seeking a qualified Family Medicine Physician to expand our practice and improve the quality of life of our patients through personalized, accessible care. This is a well established practice that is known for offering a place comfort, free of judgement and full of compassion for their patients and their individual journeys. What you'll be working on: Provide high-quality primary care services to patients of all ages, including but not limited to diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic medical conditions. Perform routine health check-ups, physical exams, and health screenings. Treating patients in-office as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including prescription medications and referrals to specialists when necessary. Educate patients and their families about health issues, preventive care, and healthy lifestyle choices. Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, in accordance with HIPAA regulations and best practices. Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues
Required Qualifications:
Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Must have an active, non-probationary, unrestricted Texas License New graduates are welcomed to apply Monday-Friday Outpatient clinic No call schedules Support staff available including NP/PA's, MA's, and scribe team USA work authorization SCC offers a wide variety of physician benefits, including but not limited to: Competitive compensation, medical/dental/vision insurance options, life and other ancillary insurance plans, holidays, and paid time off (PTO). Limited call and the opportunity for mid-level support to ensure continuity of care. Coverage of all malpractice/liability insurance and credentialing costs, as well as an additional stipend/PTO allotment for CME completion.
