Pediatrix Medical Group has an exciting opportunity for experienced OB/GYN Hospitalists to come join our team on a per diem basis at Texas Health Harris Methodist Alliance Hospital, an established OB Hospitalist Program in Fort Worth with tremendous administration support. Join our team and enjoy the flexibility of working on your terms while continuing to make a meaningful impact on women's health. Serving more than 50,000 patients each year, Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Alliance is a vital part of the communities in North Fort Worth, Haslet, Justin, Roanoke and surrounding areas. The hospital has consistently earned the Stage 7 Award from Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society Analytics for advances in health information technology, offering patients the latest in interactive and digital equipment. In addition to providing quality care in a number of medical services such as women's health, emergency care and heart and vascular, our employees spend a substantial number of hours volunteering outside of the hospital. This is an important component to our mission and establishes a lifelong connection with our community.
Responsibilities include:
  • OB triage and admissions
  • Delivery attendance
  • Inpatient care
  • Seeing unassigned patients and private call coverage
  • Covering the OB floor
  • ER consults for GYN emergencies
  • Surgical assists at Cesarean sections
  • Emergency response in

Board Certification in OB/GYN Minimum of 1 year post-residency clinical experience required Active TX license or IMLC license preferred Recent OBGYN clinical experience (within the past 12 months) required Pediatrix does cover your malpractice insurance for this W-2 per diem position.
