Job Description

Practice high-level interventional pain at Greater Austin Pain Center (GAPC), an independent, physician-led interventional pain practice serving Austin, Kyle, San Marcos, and Dripping Springs. We are intentionally built small, efficient, and physician-first—not a corporate pain factory with double-digit providers and assembly-line schedules. Since 2014, GAPC has grown thoughtfully from a solo practice to a tight-knit team of 5 physicians and 7 advanced practitioners, allowing us to maintain clinical autonomy, procedural quality, and sustainable volumes. We offer physician judgment, consistency, and control—the way pain medicine was meant to be practiced. ASC & Interventional Focus At GAPC, procedures matter—and you'll have the time, access, and support to do them right. ASC-based interventional practice with strong block time access Emphasis on advanced procedures, including: Spinal Cord Stimulation (traditional & next-gen) DRG stimulation Peripheral nerve stimulation SI fusion RF ablation Kyphoplasty Efficient patient flow without overbooking or rushed procedures Experienced teams who know interventional pain, not rotating corporate staff Compensation That Respects Your Skill $450,000+ base salary Robust, transparent bonus structure aligned with procedural volume and quality $50,000 sign-on bonus ASC ownership or pathway Partnership track transparency Schedule & Lifestyle Monday-Friday only No weekends No major holidays 20 days PTO Long-term sustainability in one of Texas' most desirable markets Benefits Employer-paid medical & dental 401(k) with employer match Strong and experienced administrative and clinical support Stable, independent practice with long-term vision Why Greater Austin Live where others vacation: hill country views, top-tier food and music, excellent schools, and consistent procedural demand without oversaturation or hospital politics. The Ideal Candidate Board-certified or board-eligible in Pain Management Interventional-focused with ASC experience or interest Values autonomy, efficiency, and clinical excellence Looking for a long-term home, not a stepping stone
