• Local Team Collaboration:
• + Join our close-knit team of 4 physicians and 10 CRNAs at Laredo Medical Center. + The facility runs seven points of service per day in addition to two OB suites.
• Qualifications:
• + Board Certified/eligible in anesthesia. + Leadership experience preferred. + Authorized to work in the United States.
• Scheduling:
• + 26 weeks a year (2 weeks on, 2 weeks off). + Mon-Fri 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM. + Nights + weekends: backup pager call.
• Key Responsibilities:
• + Deliver anesthetic care as part of a collaborative team of physicians and CRNAs. + Provide support for Level III trauma center cases. + Cover a wide range of specialties, including general surgery, GI/endoscopy, ENT, robotics, orthopedics, minor vascular, neurology, urology, and minimal healthy pediatric cases.

• Rewards and Compensation:
• + Base yearly salary: $525,000. + Chief stipend: $50,000. + Strong commencement bonus offered.
