Job Description
About the Role AccuRx Allergy Services is seeking a highly qualified Clinical Allergy Technician to join our expanding team. This full-time position offers a structured schedule, extensive training, and the opportunity to be part of an innovative and growing field in allergy and immunotherapy. We partner with independent medical practices nationwide to provide on-site allergy testing and immunotherapy services. Our Clinical Allergy Technician work closely with physicians to deliver high-quality patient care while improving access to allergy treatment in the communities we serve. Key Responsibilities Perform allergy skin testing under physician supervision Prepare and manage immunotherapy treatment vials Administer allergy injections, monitor for adverse reactions, and follow emergency protocols when necessary Educate patients on allergy testing results, allergens, and immunotherapy benefits Ensure adherence to treatment protocols and coordinate patient follow-ups Assist with documentation, scheduling, and patient communication Maintain inventory, supplies, and clinical equipment Verify insurance benefits and assist with prior authorization processes Work collaboratively with clinic staff to support successful allergy program operations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a health-related field is required. Acceptable majors include, but are not limited to:
- Biology
- Chemistry
- Public Health
- Nursing (BSN)
- Biomedical Sciences
