About Us We are a trusted, well-established practice with over 5 years of experience providing exceptional care to families across the Dallas-Fort Worth area. We proudly serve our patients from five convenient locations and are known for our compassionate, patient-centered approach. As we continue to grow, we are expanding our behavioral health services and seeking a dedicated Psychiatrist to join our team in Mansfield, TX. Position Summary We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrist to provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing mental health care across the lifespan .
Please note:
our practice is primarily pediatric. While this role treats patients of all ages, the caseload is expected to be predominantly children and adolescents, including young children. Candidates must be comfortable and experienced treating pediatric patients across all age ranges. Child and adolescent psychiatry training or substantial pediatric experience is strongly preferred. This is a full-time, outpatient-only position with a predictable Monday-Friday schedule. Key Responsibilities Conduct psychiatric evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults, with a primary emphasis on pediatric patients Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide medication management and monitor patient progress Collaborate closely with pediatricians, primary care providers, and behavioral health team members Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and care coordination Educate patients, parents, and caregivers on mental health conditions, treatment options, and medications Qualifications MD or DO with completion of an accredited Psychiatry residency Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry Child and Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship or significant pediatric psychiatric experience strongly preferred Active and unrestricted Texas medical license (or ability to obtain) Demonstrated experience treating pediatric patients, including young children — required Experience with adult populations Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary: Starting at $350,000 annually Monthly bonus structure Potential shareholding structure Sign-on bonus offered to qualified candidates upon hire Performance bonus: percentage-based opportunities tied to individual and practice performance Monday-Friday schedule, no weekends or call Supportive, collaborative work environment Opportunity to join a growing practice with a trusted reputation in
