Job Description:
Nocturnist Hospitalist APP Midland Health is seeking a Board-Certified APP with hospitalist experience to join Midland Inpatient Medical Associates (MIMA). Midland Health and MIMA serve the Permian Basin and its surrounding communities at Midland Memorial Hospital with catchment area boasting 450,00 people. MIMA is seeking a dynamic and team orientated APP to join its inpatient team of 16 MDs and 3 Advanced Practice Providers on night service in Midland, Texas.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an ARC-PA accredited Physician Assistant Master's Program or graduate degree in Master of Science in nursing Texas License Minimum two years of experience in hospitalist or ICU Procedural training/experience preferred
Responsibilities:
Night Shift 7P-7A, 7 days on 7 days off Deliver high-quality hospital medicine care during nocturnist shifts Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care Perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage patient care throughout the night
