Physician - Pain Management Epic Pain Management | Mission, Texas Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | Zero Call Epic Pain Management is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Pain Management Physician (MD/DO) with fellowship training to join our growing Mission practice. You'll have experienced physician mentorship, dedicated MA/scribe support, zero call, and strong clinical and operational infrastructure —allowing you to focus on your patients, procedures, and practice growth. Not Paperwork. Each physician is supported by 1-2 dedicated Medical Assistants who also function as clinical scribes , helping reduce documentation burden and minimize after-hours charting. Combined with dedicated scheduling, credentialing, and operational support, our infrastructure gives you more time to evaluate patients, perform procedures, develop treatment plans, and build meaningful patient relationships. What You'll Do Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and chronic pain conditions, including spinal, neuropathic, and accident-related injuries Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based, minimally invasive approaches Perform fluoroscopy-guided interventional pain procedures, including: Epidural steroid injections Medial branch blocks Radiofrequency ablations Facet joint injections Nerve blocks Other minimally invasive pain interventions Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation with dedicated scribe support Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining clinical excellence Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives Stay current with advances in pain medicine through continuing education and professional development
Requirements:
What We're Looking For Required Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Completion of fellowship training in Pain Management Board-certified or board-eligible in Pain Medicine Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one DEA license or eligibility to obtain one and appropriate medical credentials Strong clinical judgment and procedural skills Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Commitment to ethical practice, compliance, and patient safety Preferred Experience Experience in both clinic-based and procedure-based interventional pain management Experience performing fluoroscopy-guided procedures Interest or exposure to wellness, regenerative, or integrative medicine services Interest in practice development, growth, and innovation Build Your Future With Epic Whether you're finishing fellowship or are an experienced physician ready for your next chapter, Epic offers the autonomy to practice medicine, the infrastructure to support you, and the opportunity to build something meaningful.
