Physician - Pain Management Epic Pain Management | Mission, Texas Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | Zero Call Epic Pain Management is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Pain Management Physician (MD/DO) with fellowship training to join our growing Mission practice. Not Paperwork. Each physician is supported by 1-2 dedicated Medical Assistants who also function as clinical scribes , helping reduce documentation burden and minimize after-hours charting. Combined with dedicated scheduling, credentialing, and operational support, our infrastructure gives you more time to evaluate patients, perform procedures, develop treatment plans, and build meaningful patient relationships. What You'll Do Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and chronic pain conditions, including spinal, neuropathic, and accident-related injuries Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based, minimally invasive approaches Perform fluoroscopy-guided interventional pain procedures, including: Epidural steroid injections Medial branch blocks Radiofrequency ablations Facet joint injections Nerve blocks Other minimally invasive pain interventions Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation with dedicated scribe support Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining clinical excellence Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives Stay current with advances in pain medicine through continuing education and professional development

Requirements:
