Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Pain Management Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and managing patients experiencing chronic pain conditions. This role involves utilizing electronic medical records (EMR), specifically eClinicalWorks (ECW), to document patient interactions and treatment plans. The physician will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive pain management strategies, ensuring optimal patient outcomes in a professional and compassionate environment. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand pain history and current condition using ECW system. Develop and implement individualized pain management treatment plans, including medication management, injections, and other interventional procedures as appropriate. Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment protocols to improve pain relief and functional outcomes. Document all clinical encounters accurately within the ECW system, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. Educate patients about their condition, treatment options, and self-management techniques to promote active participation in their care. Stay current with advancements in pain management practices and maintain necessary licensure and certifications. Qualifications Medical degree from an accredited institution with active medical license in the relevant state or region. Board certification or eligibility in Pain Management or Anesthesiology preferred. Proven experience in pain management, including familiarity with EMR systems such as ECW. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to patients and team members. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to providing compassionate patient care in a professional setting.
Compensation:
Competitive salary based on years of experience, with the following benchmarks:
New Graduates:
Estimated annual salary range of $350,000 - $400,000.1 Physicians with 5+
Years of Experience:
Estimated annual salary range of $500,000 - $550,000
Incentives:
Production-based bonuses are available.
Growth:
Potential partnership track available for the right candidate Expected hours: 16.0 - 24.0 per week
