This is a 100% outpatient role working alongside an experienced neurologist , with a focus primarily on stable follow-up patients. Position Highlights Full-time, employed position Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM No call No weekends No evening clinic No major holiday coverage 100% outpatient neurology Established patient population Collaborative physician-led practice Strong MA and administrative support Focus on quality patient care rather than high-volume medicine For immediate consideration please send CV/resume to ssager@provenirusa.com Patient Population You will primarily see established and stable follow-up patients with conditions such as: Migraine and headache disorders Peripheral neuropathy Parkinson's disease Dementia and memory disorders Essential tremor Stable epilepsy Stable multiple sclerosis Balance disorders and dizziness Post-stroke follow-up Ongoing medication management Responsibilities Obtain medical histories and perform focused neurological examinations Evaluate and manage established neurological patients Develop treatment plans in collaboration with the neurologist Prescribe medications in accordance with Texas regulations Order and review appropriate diagnostic testing Educate patients and caregivers Coordinate referrals and additional services as needed Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Qualifications Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant from an accredited program Board Certified - required Active Texas NP or PA license, or ability to obtain Active DEA registration Current BLS certification 2+ years of outpatient neurology experience stongly preferred Preferred Experience Two or more years of outpatient neurology experience Experience treating headache disorders, dementia, Parkinson's disease, epilepsy, or movement disorders Comfortable managing stable neurological patients in collaboration with a neurologist Neurology experience with headache disorders, dementia, Parkinson's disease, epilepsy, or movement disorders is a plus.
